I am a friendly, family orientated, hard working, food lover who was born in Thailand.

After graduating from university in Chiang Mai.
I had a job offer in the UK.
I now, with over 6 years in restaurant management

and a life time of catering experience,
am ready to share my passion and knowledge of Thai cuisine.

I really want Chilli Chicks

to be a fun and beneficial experience for people

who are keen to learn the practical skills and physical benefits

of real Thai cooking.

 

Qualifications from The Thai Ministry of Labour in Thai Cooking,

Bakery, Floristry, Fruit and Vegetable Carving, Thai Dessert Making

and our goal of bringing Authentic Thai Cuisine to the thousands make

Chilli Chicks the right choice.

 

We believe that we are what we eat,

so our attention to the food we cook starts with the smallest details.

 From the basic, healthy ingredients, to the method of cooking.

We believe that everyone can cook

and enjoy wholesome, tasty, home cooked food.

to find in your local grocery and vegetable store.
